  • Our ski build queue is currently at our production capacity. Again, we will not cut corners to speed this up.
  • Quality takes time and good things come to those who wait!

When should I expect my skis?

  • Your skis will ship based on the current Build Time listed on the product page.
  • Once your skis are ready to ship, we'll email you a tracking number with an estimated delivery date. Most orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.

  • Check out our Fast Ship skis and Quick Finish Skis.
    • In Stock Skis: Skis are in stock, ready to ship out same/next day.
    • Quick Finish Skis: Skis have been pressed and are holding in finishing. These skis can usually ship in 5-7 working days.

Will this time ever go down?

  • We are currently expanding our production capacity and hope to drive this queue down soon. We are always conservative while scaling production to ensure the highest quality products.

Why You'll Love Them

  1. Whether the conditions are good or bad, the edge grip of the Brockways won't waiver.
  2. The powerful flex gives back as much energy as you can put into them.
  3. The 95 mm waist width will get up and over crud and powder, yet is narrow enough for even the hardest snow.
  4. Camber pockets molded into the overall camber maximize edge hold on hardpack.
  5. Available nanoMAG® Damping construction makes chatter on ice a thing of the past.

The Brockway 95 is the ski made to charge through any condition. The real hero-feature of this ski is its ability to dig trenches in anything from ice to groomers and crud. The subtle camber pockets within the overall camber triple the turn initiation contact points for maximum edge grip. Utilizing a stiff tail and mid-body, the Brockway can blow through any crud and power out of turns with the agility of a slalom ski.

The early rise rocker tip profile helps the ski float through soft snow and ease into any turn shape. Once the edge is initiated, the fully cambered mid-body engages your edge and maximizes stability.

New For 2019

For the 18/19 season, we've slightly reduced the turning radius to make quicker turns and added more Carbon Fiber throughout the layup for increased pop.

We've integrated a 1.5 mm rounded top edge to protect your topsheets, and now exclusively offer a nanoMAG® Damping System for the most stable ride. Learn more below.

We've also moved to a 6 cm length spacing (vs. 8 cm) to make sure we have the perfect fit for you.

    Confidence Inspiring

Wow. The Brockway 95 is a real confidence inspiring ski! Today I skied them for the first time and was really able to give it my all, without lacking the feel of control. To be able to rail turns as if i was reliving my high school glory days in the GS course was a great feeling. You can really feel the nanoMAG dampening system kick in when the skis are wanting to chatter over unforgiving snow surfaces. Now, Disclaimer I am a brand ambassador for Shaggy's. I usually ski either the Ahmeek 105 180, Sarge 95 182 or the Bootjack 115 186, all skis that allow me to rip all over the mountain. So to say I was impressed by the performance of the Brockway 95 with the nanoMAG dampening system says alot. I might have to add a ski to my quiver.... maybe for get back in the start gate???

    AMAZING

These things absolutely RIP on east coast conditions. I skied them this past Sunday at Hunter Mt. NY and they crushed everything the mountain had to throw at them. Great skis!

    "They were a blast"

I just came off of the mountains at Stowe. The first ride on my Brockway 95’s mated to Tyrolia Attack 13 bindings. Pretty much skied above anything I would have thought possible for me. Loose granular snow with some ice patches. Piles of snow pushed along the runs. Skis worked as advertised, I blasted through the piles without a hiccup, turns were crisp and my confidence level rose as well. I’m not sure if I “shredded” it or not, but they were a blast.. Edges held well on the solid surface as well as through the ice balls. I cannot say enough about how rock solid the ride is, the nanomag pretty much eliminated chatter. I definitely would recommend these skis.

    All-Mountain Rockets

The Brockway 95’s do it all. They offer the right amount of pop to launch you out of your turns on the hard pack, yet keep you afloat in the Midwest crud. Not to mention, I get compliments on them at every resort I take them to!

    Superb Shred Stick

I am a former racer, meaning that I am hooked on going fast and chasing the biggest angles that I can. I put this ski through the wringer. Simply put - this thing shreds. No matter how much speed and energy I brought into the turn, it ALWAYS provided a stable platform as I progressed from one turn to the next. This ski had no problem holding an edge through the most aggressive turns I forced it through - the only time I have ever found that level of hold was in a set of race skis.

So I knew it could handle the frontside highspeed ripping of a racer, but how about when we're getting away from the groomers? The Brockway is light, nimble, and incredibly responsive. Something in your way? A slight adjustment of direction or pressure and you are free and clear with time to set up for your next obstacle.

As a Superb Shred Stick, I would highly recommend the Brockway 95... and the nanoMAG Damping Technology is no joke either... You have to feel it to understand, but talk about confidence inspiring! You will absolutely be hearing about more of this damping technology in the coming years! I can't say enough good things about this great product, having skied on many different brands and styles of "All Mountain Skis", I would definitely choose this ski for a day on the hill in ANY conditions - it's that good!

Carbon Fiber Skis vs Fiberglass Skis - Skis Handmade in the USA

    STANDARD LAYUP

Our standard layup construction includes a select cut Ash hardwood core wrapped with triaxial fiberglass and carbon fiber stringers under the core. The carbon stringers are used to increase pop and rebound energy in the ski, while complementing the predictable and torsionally rigid feel of the triaxial fiberglass.

    WHICH CONSTRUCTION SHOULD I GET?

The standard layup is best suited for the majority of skiers, it blends the traditional hardwood core with an energetic feel. Skis utilizing this construction perform virtually the same as their Pure Carbon counterpart. Best for all mountain skiing with limited backcountry touring.

    NANOMAG® DAMPING SYSTEM LAYUP

This method of construction incorporates a sheet of nanoMAG® magnesium into our Standard Layup that significantly reduces vibration and chatter in the nastiest conditions. The damping of the material increases edge hold and creates an exceptionally smooth ride.

    WHICH CONSTRUCTION SHOULD I GET?

The nanoMAG® Damping System is suited for the skier looking for the ultimate in smooth skiing, especially when making high speed turns. This option maximizes grip on ice. Two words to describe this option are "Smooth and Stable". This will slightly reduce liveliness (vs. Standard or Pure Carbon) but gives you that Cadillac Ride!

The standard layup is best suited for the majority of skiers, it blends the traditional hardwood core with an energetic feel. Skis utilizing this construction perform virtually the same as their Pure Carbon counterpart. Best for all mountain skiing with limited backcountry touring.

    PURE CARBON LAYUP

Our Pure Carbon construction includes an ultra lightweight biaxial Carbon Fiber (+-45 deg. orientation) coupled with a slightly heavier unidirectional Carbon Fiber. A full Carbon model allows for an exceptionally lightweight and responsive ski. The exceptionally high strength and stiffness of the Carbon Fiber allows us to use a lightweight Poplar wood core, that is Select Cut in Northern Michigan. For maximum binding screw retention, we mill out the core and place an extra retention plate in the binding area. Average weight savings versus their standard counterpart is 1.6 - 1.8 LB/Pair.

    WHICH CONSTRUCTION SHOULD I GET?

The Pure Carbon layup is best suited for the skier looking to often use the ski for backcountry touring where the weight savings allows for more climbing, or someone looking for the lightest ski. Many skiers have reported back that they are able to increase their on-snow time when the conditions are rough, primarily due to reduced muscle fatigue. Skis utilizing this construction perform virtually the same as their standard counterpart, however have a significant weight savings.

*Please note that due to the opacity of Carbon Fiber, skis with this construction will not have "clear windows" into the core as on some models. The windows will instead show the carbon fiber on top of the wood core. Alternatively, and based on availability you may specify to have your graphic printed on a lightweight matte finish white material. Ski graphics with "windows" to see the core, will be white instead.
