The Ahmeek 115s are fat powder skis whose appetite for deep snow is matched only by their versatility all over the mountain. After a morning of face shots in the pow, they’ll powerfully set their edges on corduroy and blast through anything else in their way. The 115s are built to take on the nastiest terrain and let you rip high-speed turns that would normally have you dumping speed.
The lightweight carbon construction, precision-tuned rocker/camber profile, variable sidecut radius, and 115 mm waist make them ideal for taking on whatever Mother Nature throws at you.
The three models of the Ahmeek collection bridge the gap between aggressive freeride and playful freestyle. They allow skiers to charge groomers and big terrain, yet have enough flex in the tip and tail to remain playful across the mountain and float through powder.
The Ahmeek 115s are the skis that will have you saying WOW! They’re probably the most unexpected skis in our line - versatile enough to be a daily driver but also your dedicated powder weapon. Sure, they're not ice skates, but the Ahmeek 115s will maneuver in the trees and charge big lines faster than you ever thought possible.
Laminated Poplar Hardwood: Premium Tulip Poplar is hand selected and cut into full length strips. Strips are individually flex indexed and laminated together symmetrically. Each laminated core is CNC milled to a precise thickness profile developed for each model and length.
Unidirectional Carbon Fiber strips above and below the core, ultra lightweight Biaxial Carbon Fiber above and beneath the core, binding mat underfoot. Rubber bonding strips placed along edges, sidewalls, and ends for rock solid bonding.
Full height UHMW - the same raw material as your base, bombproof and double chamfered for reduced swingweight.
Clearview gloss Nylon with sublimated graphics and transparent windows to inside the ski.
1.4 mm CNC Knife Cut 4001 Race Grade Durasurf sintered UHMW. 2.2 mm over-sized and heat treated edges take a beating. Please note, Base colors are swapped every other pair (black into blue, blue into black).

What snow conditions are they made for?
Are they right for me?
They're right for you if you want a ski to float in the powder effortlessly, yet still grip on hardpack, and absolutely bust through the nastiest crud. These are the skis you want to grab when the snow is deep and you're looking to take your powder skiing to the next level.
Should I choose the Carbon or MidLight (stock) version?
The Carbon version is great for backcountry skiing including uphill touring with it's reduced weight. For a daily driver the MidLight construction is a bit better suited due to better vibration absorption. The reduced weight of the Carbon construction is beneficial for the person looking for the lightest setup. The most notable difference between Midlight and Pure Carbon is a large reduction in swingweight.
What length should I get?
The Ahmeek 115s have tip rocker and a full twin tail. If you are between lengths, size up for a more stable ride, size down for more maneuverability. Check out our size chart in the previous tab for more info.
What bindings should I get?
You can use any binding on the Ahmeek 115s as long as the brake width is at least 115mm wide. We run Marker Griffon bindings on our demo skis. Visit your local ski shop for bindings and mounting.

What are Camber Pockets?
Camber Pockets are additional small sections of camber (about 4 in long and 0.030" tall) molded into the overall camber of the ski in front of and behind your midsole position. They increase contact pressure to improve grip on hardpack and ice.
Are they tuned and waxed?
Skis come tuned with a 1° base edge bevel and a 3° side edge bevel and a slight tip/tail detune. The skis are waxed with a universal temperature wax to get you going.
