As our most versatile women’s ski, the Medora 95 is built for ladies looking to take on anything. A moderate flex pattern means it can be pushed aggressively when you have the need for speed, but it won’t be a handful when you’re wanting to slither through trees or bumps. No matter where you’ll be skiing, the excellent balance of playfulness and power that the Medora 95 possesses will ensure a great day on the snow.

- Tip rocker maximizes flotation in powder and busts through crud.
- Full twintip tail allows the Medora 95 to maneuver easily in the tightest trees.
- Camber Pockets molded within the overall camber triple the turn initiation contact points for maximum edge grip on hardpack.
- Hybrid MidLight construction combines ash and poplar hardwoods with carbon fiber and lightweight triaxial fiberglass for weight reduction without sacrificing pop and energy.
- Balanced flex allows skiers to carve groomers, yet have enough flex in the tip and tail to remain playful across the mountain and float through powder.
- Rounded mini-cap top edge with full-height UHMW sidewalls are bombproof and provide a sleek look.
What length should I get?
The Medora 95 has a rockered tip and a full twin tail. If you are between lengths, size up for a more stable ride, size down for more maneuverability. Check out our size chart for more info.
What bindings should I get?
You can use any binding on the Medora 95 as long as the brake width is at least 95 mm wide. We run Marker Squire bindings on our demo skis. Visit your local ski shop for bindings and mounting.
What can I customize?
Just about anything from graphics to construction!

What are Camber Pockets?
Camber Pockets are additional small sections of camber (about 4" long and 0.030" tall) molded into the overall camber of the ski in front of and behind your midsole position. They increase contact pressure to improve grip on hardpack and ice.
Are they tuned and waxed?
Skis come tuned with a 1° base edge bevel and a 2° side edge bevel and a slight tip/tail detune. The skis are waxed with a universal temperature wax to get you going.
Ride Notes: Quick and easy in the variable chop and trees - hold a strong edge on corduroy - perfect daily driver with plenty of float in powder for traveling too.
Design Needs: Quickly maneuver through trees and narrow areas - carve on groomers and hardpack - be a one ski quiver for taking on everything
Purpose: Make one ski that can do it all from a day on the resort groomers to heading to the back bowls. Make the whole mountain your playground.

Premium Materials
Core
Laminated ash/poplar hardwood: Long grain premium white ash and tulip poplar is hand selected and cut into full-length strips. Strips are individually flex indexed and laminated together symmetrically. Each laminated core is CNC milled to a precise thickness profile developed for each model and length.
Composites
Unidirectional carbon fiber strips below the core, lightweight triaxial fiberglass above and below the core, fiberglass binding mat underfoot. Rubber bonding strips placed along edges, sidewalls, and ends for rock solid bonding.
Bio-Based Epoxy
Entropy Super Sap® epoxy contains 28% bio-based content and is specifically designed for skis. It's formulated for high-strength and impact resistance, which creates a durable, tough, and lightweight composite.
Sidewall
Full-height UHMW - the same raw material as your base, bombproof and double chamfered for reduced swingweight. A rounded mini-cap top edge rolls over the sidewall to protect your topsheets.
Topsheet
Clearview gloss nylon with sublimated graphics and transparent windows to the wood core.
Base + Edge
1.4 mm CNC Knife Cut 4001 Race Grade Durasurf sintered UHMW. 2.2 mm over-sized and heat treated edges take a beating.

These are my 3rd pair of skis by Shaggy's, following my Medora 105 & Belle 85. My Medora 95's are actually my Telemark setup & I'm still learning, after regular alpine skiing for 20 years. I primarily ski the Upper Penninsula & these THRIVE on fresh groomers & light powder. They're very light & easily controlled through turns & crud. Very excited to gain more experience & memories on these for seasons to come!
This ski can do it all and do it well! Really stable underfoot and allows for great turn control. I’ve only skied them in Michigan so far and they’ve been great for all weather conditions. My sister got the same pair and loves them too!
I’ve been skiing on Medora 105s for the last couple seasons, so I’m familiar with the softer flex that the women-specific Medora offers. The 95s provide the same stability and confidence that my wider Medoras give, but I LOVE the added advantage of a snappier turn. This is a great place to start if you’re new to all mountain skis. Seriously, these are way too much fun!
