Dropthrough truck mount, Low ride height + camber + concave stability, Great Lakes Maple rebound, CNC precision, XTrans Sublimated Graphic
The perfect longboard for commuting and making quick maneuvers in tight situations. The dropthrough mount keeps the board low to the ground with plenty of clearance. The shape allows for effortless, predictable slides with slight pressure on the edges. The XTrans plastic coating maximizes durability even during those unfortunate wet areas.
We start with our ultra high quality American Great Lakes Maple veneers and cold press them into a laminated longboard blank. The blank is then loaded onto our CNC machine to cutout the shape and drill the holes, this means that the shape is perfectly centered on the holes and there is no chance for kickback as happens with table routers. We then inspect and sand each board by hand. Lastly we seal the board with an ultra clear finish coating.
Our boards have a laminated plastic top and bottom sheet to repel water and protect the wood. The graphics are sublimated into the plastic so they look great even after a season of abuse, think of it as tattooing the plastic.
Our boards use only the best rock Maple from the Great Lakes, we cold press each board at 80,000 lbs, our boards are built to last. We engineer each design, use in-house CNC equipment to machine our own molds, production woodworking equipment for consistency, and lifelong woodworkers to finish your boards.
