We print every ski topsheet in-house at Shaggy’s using the same proven materials and processes we trust on our own skis. The result is professional-grade durability, exceptional clarity, and finishes that hold up to real-world riding season after season.
Material Options

Clear Nylon – Transparent print with gloss or textured matte protective film. Exceptional abrasion resistance and clarity. Graphics are sublimated on the inside of the nylon for best graphic protection. Base price covers up to 180 cm print length and 33 cm / 13 in max width.

Matte PBT – Matte finish with fleece backing, no protective film. Smooth layup and consistent bonding performance. Base price covers up to 180 cm print length and 33 cm / 13 in max width.

Artwork Requirements
150 DPI minimum at full size, 1" bleed on all sides, AI/PSD/TIFF/PDF, CMYK color.
Print-ready files required – our art setup and design team can prepare your file if needed.
