Returns
Our policy lasts 15 days. If 15 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. All returns are subject to a 3.5% non-refundable processing fee for our non-refundable payment processing fees.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must request a Return Authorization (RA) before returning, any returns without a RA will be refused.

Non-returnable items:
Gift cards
Face Shields, Eye Shieds, any PPE.
Any Customized Items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery

Summer Pre-Sale Terms:
During the Summer Pre-Sale (June-July), you authorize us to capture payment for your order immediately, while skis will be sent at a later date. If you have any questions, please call us at 231-459-4323.

Satisfaction Guarantee:

-Mount your skis up and ski them for up to 5 days within a 14 day period (starting the first day you ski them).
-If they just don't work for you, contact us for a refund or replacement.
-Eligible return/replacement period (when your 14 day period can end)
--In-season purchase: 30 days from delivery (last day of skiing must end within 30 day period)
--Out-of-season purchase: up to January 31st of the current season
--Season is defined as when your home ski area opens for it's regular season
-Your skis must only come in contact with snow. For example, if you ski over a rock field, the skis are yours for the long haul.
-We do ask that you ski them for at least 3 days as with every new pair of skis, there is a short adjustment period from your previous skis.
-You'll actually love them, so we're not too worried about you sending them back.
-If you you do return them, you are responsible for return shipping costs.
-Actual original shipping costs and 3.5% non-refundable credit card processing fee will not be refunded (even if you used free shipping). For example if your purchase was for $599 and it cost us $18 to ship your skis (using our free shipping option), you will receive a refund of $581 less 3.5% and applicable sales taxes.
-This offer is limited to one refund or replacement pair per season per customer.
-Unfortunately this offer does not apply to skis with excessive wear, rock damage, rail damage, or those which have had contact with any other non-snow surface.
-We reserve the right to reject any ski that we deem ineligible for this offer (for damage, abuse, skiing them for over 5 days, etc). Again, this is being done in good faith and we honestly want you to have the best experience possible!

 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at jeff@sccskis.com and send your item to: 100 Air Industrial Park Drive, Boyne City Michigan US 49712.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

When costs greatly exceed the charged shipping rate, we reserve the right to:
1) Contact you for increased shipping fees and give you the option to cancel your order
2) Cancel your order
