As the days get shorter and the nights get cooler, we are preparing for the coming ski season! This fall we're rolling out refreshed versions of some our customers' favorite limited edition ski graphics. Jeff Thompson Jeff Thompson is the product engineer and a founding partner at Shaggy's. He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Michigan Technological University. While he is not designing skis, scheduling production, and working the the ski factory, he is on the hunt for new backcountry areas throughout Michigan with his wife, Stephanie!

Sizing skis is a little bit of an art and a little bit of a science. There are numerous factors that all affect the optimal ski length for you.
A few of the factors are:
Skier size and weight
Skier ability (experts size up, beginners size down)
Type of terrain you like
Where you normally ski
Current ski size
