Ski them for up to 5 days and if you don't love them, send them back! We genuinely want you to have the best experience on snow you can.
Skis cannot have any signs of damage or excessive wear and they must only contact snow during this 5 day period. That means if you go ski in rocky terrain or hit rails, they become ineligible for a return.

What is covered? We warrant out product agains defects in materials and workmanship. Basically, we cover your skis as they are in contact with snow. We build with the best materials and durability is paramount, but we cannot cover impacts with non-snow surfaces.
Ever have an issue, just contact us and we've got you covered. Have an issue outside of warranty coverage or smash into some rocks? We'll still help you out, there's almost nothing we can't repair.
